Refund policy

In order to return any product, the following rules apply: 

1)  We offer a standard return period of 21 days or less. 
2)  Proof of purchase from Beton Boutique must be presented. 
3)  The product/s must be returned in the same condition in which they 
were purchased (please note that initial purchase is 
an acceptance of quality, unless the product is defective). - Product must be in a resellable condition - Packaging must be in a reasonable condition 
4)  Any return that does not meet the above criteria will be handled at the discretion of the Beton Boutique management team, according to company policy guidelines. 

Please note: the following products are non-returnable unless defective; 
annuals, sale products, holiday and seasonal merchandise, as well as any special orders. 

The above returns requirements are mandatory for all returns made to Beton Boutique.
